Yoga on the Green presented by Rasa Juice Shop

Let’s celebrate and join @rasajuiceshop for the 5th year of #YogaontheGreen!
Lisa is bringing it back with 15 weeks of yoga, community + good vibes all summer long ☀️
Join us on the mat as we dive deep into poses, finding strength in stillness, and balance in movement. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a newbie, Yoga on the Green classes are all about tuning into your body, quieting the mind, and leaving the chaos of the world behind. Roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and let’s flow together.
Classes will be held outside on the gorgeous greens right by RASA at 82 Maryland Ave. Each class is $15 which includes a yoga class taught by local mad-talented instructors and an organic cold-pressed juice. Parking is FREE before 10am so park anywhere on State Circle and Maryland Ave.
On May 25th, @RASAjuiceshop will be kicking off the yoga party with Katie from @annapolismomsnetwork 🎉 Duffy Perkins of @groundswell_annapolis will be leading the all-level yoga class with healthy snacks, drinks, and local wellness pop-ups. @mobile.performance.therapy will be onsite to offer chair massages!
