This is For ME – A Mother’s Day Reset

A night of gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and actually rest.
We’ll start with gentle movement—nothing intense, just enough to get out of your head and back into your body.
Then you’ll be guided through breathwork with Trish Brewer, helping you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a real, grounded way.
From there, you’ll settle into a sound healing experience with Ruth Mavor (SoundBathSOMD), using crystal singing bowls to bring you into a deeply relaxed, restorative state.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about letting go. Letting go of the mental load, the noise, the constant “go.”
You don’t need to be good at this, you don’t need to know what you’re doing..you just need to show up.
