Sprouting Hope: A Springtime Workshop for Remembrance and Release

April 7 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Welcome spring with this nature-based activity to honor your grief. Write a letter in honor of loved ones lost or something you wish to let go of in your life and bury it with symbolic seeds to release any difficult feelings into the earth. Finish with a garden-walking meditation and burial ceremony for centering and connecting to healing.

Registration is required and can be completed by calling 888-501-7077 or emailing griefinfo@chesapeakelifecenter.org. Visit www.hospicechesapeake.org/events for a complete listing of in-person and virtual groups and workshops for adults and children.

April 7th

Wildflowers and native plants, along with whimsical sculptures and the new Phone of the Wind, grace the Michael Stanley Children’s Garden in Pasadena. Filled with walkways and benches for quiet reflection, the garden welcomes visitors of all ages all year long.
