Rescheduled Severna Park Independence Day Parade (with parade route)

****BREAKING*** Severna Park Independence Parade POSTPONED Until 7/11 Due To Extreme Heat | Organizers made the announcement Friday afternoon that the annual event would be rescheduled for next week | Anne Arundel County reportedly sparked the date change in timing of the annual celebration parade.
Statement from The Greater Severna Chamber of Commerce:
“Due to the anticipated excessive heat, the county has required we change our parade to the following weekend. The parade will be held on July 11th. In spite of this, we are looking forward to a patriotic celebration of the 250th birthday of our country. Participation in the parade is free for members and non-profits.”
Spread the word so folks know not to venture out early to mark seats along the parade route…
