FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHY IS MY TOTAL HIGHER THAN THE DONATION AMOUNT ENTERED?

Givebutter automatically suggests an optional platform tip. You may also see an option to cover processing fees. Both can be adjusted or turned to $0 before payment is submitted.

WHAT ABOUT HEAT OR INCLEMENT WEATHER?
One of the reasons we love the Elks is that we can move the tournament indoors if needed.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Yes. Food will be available for purchase from the Elks snack bar and a local food truck on site: Truck of Deliciousness

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
All proceeds are donated to lung cancer research. This event is hosted by BreathENG for Baba, Inc., an Annapolis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Ryan and Jordan Kurrle. Donations are tax-deductible.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CORNHOLE BAGS?
No. All bags will be provided.

CAN I BRING CHAIRS, COOLERS, OR TENTS?
Yes. Chairs, pop-up tents, and umbrellas are encouraged as shaded areas are limited. Coolers are allowed, but no outside alcohol is permitted on Elks property. Please note that due to July heat, parts or all of the event may be moved indoors at the Elks Lodge if needed.

IS THIS EVENT KID FRIENDLY?
Yes! Kids are welcome and attend free. If a child would like to play in the tournament with an adult, please email us.

I DON’T PLAY OR DRINK. CAN I STILL COME?
Absolutely. Enjoy the food truck, raffles, and atmosphere while supporting the cause.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN RAFFLES?
Yes. Winners must be present, but you may have a friend claim your prize if you need to leave early.

WHAT IS THE EARLIEST I CAN ARRIVE?
Registration opens at 11:00 AM. Players should arrive no later than 11:30 AM.

CAN I BRING PETS?

ARE THERE ATMS ON SITE?
Yes, there is an ATM inside the Elks Lodge with a $200 withdrawal limit. Cash or Venmo for raffles.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE?
Advance registration is strongly preferred so we can plan for an accurate headcount and ensure a smooth event experience. However, tickets will still be available at the door on event day.
