Spring Champagne Master Class with Luxury Food Pairings
It’s time to celebrate warmer weather, longer days, & luxurious evenings with multiple Champagne Toasts! In this Spring Champagne Master Class we will enjoy four delicious Champagnes you cannot find locally, including special 2011 and 2015 vintage Champagnes aged to perfection. Each Champagne will be accompanied by luxury, artisanal food pairings – think caviar and fine European cheeses flown in from the top fromageries – making you wonder whether the Michelin Guide gave Annapolis’ first star to a Sommelier. Over the course of this intimate evening limited to just ten special guests, we’ll learn all about France’s storied champagne houses and traditions, how champagne is crafted, and where to find the best deals on this effervescent pleasure.
