What does my child need to bring?
- A water bottle, they will be able to refill it throughout the day as needed
- Morning snack
- Lunch
- Afternoon snack
- Cash for the snack bar (optional)
- Book, phone, tablet, other entertainment (optional) – This is only recommended if your child will be here before 8:30 AM or after 5 PM. All electronics must be put away from 8:30 AM-5 PM.
- All campers must have a completed Camper Health History Form. We will have copies available at the facility however, the check-in process will be much quicker if you fill it out ahead of time.
- If your child requires medication during the camp day please fill out the Medication Administration Authorization Form.
Potty Training:
- Due to an unfortunate rise in bathroom related incidents, we feel the need to state that all campers MUST be fully potty trained and able to clean up on their own. If an accident happens during the camp day, a parent or guardian is responsible for any changing or clean up that must take place. Campers are always made aware of where the bathroom is located and know to ask a counselor at any time of the day to use it.
What should my child wear?
- Your child should be in clothing and shoes that are comfortable for a long day of physical activity i.e. sneakers, tennis shoes, athletic or comfortable clothing. We discourage jeans or other stiff clothing.
- Your child will not be allowed to participate in flip flops or sandals, toes must be covered. Crocs or similar clog type shoes are highly discouraged however your child will be allowed to participate in them. We will request going forward that you wear sneakers/tennis shoes.
Are lunch and snacks included?
- We do not include lunch or snacks in our camp registration. You are responsible for packing enough food for lunch time and two snack breaks. The snack bar will be open to purchase food and drinks during all snack and lunch breaks.
Lunch account system:
- You can pre-load money onto a lunch account at our snack bar with cash or card. Your child may use this at any food break to purchase food and drinks. There is no “cashing out” of excess funds. We keep your account forever and you may use it for future purchases during another camp day or any event at our facility.
Are you a peanut/tree nut free facility?
- We are NOT a peanut or tree nut free facility. We have a separate nut free table available for those with allergies to sit at during our food breaks.
Do you go outside?
- We do not go outside. All activities take place in our air conditioned/heated gym.
